Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped.

        How long does shipping take?

          Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 10-15 business days Internationally, while Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days for Local delivery.             International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.                 Local Delivery

                Most domestic deliveries take between 3-5 working days.  In some instances longer depending on stock availability, however should this be the case we will be in touch to inform you of the delivery dispatch date.

                International Delivery

                We offer international shipping to the United States of America. We use various shipping providers to deliver our products, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reputable carriers. We only offer Standard shipping methods at this stage. Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days.

                Returns questions

                Can I return my purchase?

                Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

                To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

                Non-returnable items include:

                • Gift cards.
                • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
                • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

                To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
