Woven Green ships products both domestically within South Africa and internationally to the United States of America (USA). If you are not from these two countries, please contact us before making a purchase. We will communicate and determine the shipping and international taxes to ensure you are comfortable before making the purchase.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
We offer the following shipping options for orders within South Africa:
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- In some instances longer depending on stock availability, however should this be the case we will be in touch to inform you of the delivery dispatch date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO THE USA
We offer the following shipping options for orders to the USA:
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.
- Please note that customs clearance processes in the USA can cause delays in delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available and may take up to 24 hours to update.
