How do I create an account?
To create an account, visit www.woven-green.com or our mobile Apps and click on "My Account." Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and password. After submitting your information, you'll receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to verify your account.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our Site or Apps and add the desired products to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. At checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, review your order, and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at Info@woven-green.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number and the shipping provider's website.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard and other popular payment options.
How long does shipping take?Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 10-15 business days Internationally, while Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days for Local delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to customs clearance delays or carrier disruptions.
Are there any customs duties or taxes for international shipments?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties, taxes, and fees.
What is your return and refund policy?

Shipping Questions
Local Delivery
Most domestic deliveries take between 3-5 working days. In some instances longer depending on stock availability, however should this be the case we will be in touch to inform you of the delivery dispatch date.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to the United States of America. We use various shipping providers to deliver our products, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reputable carriers. We only offer Standard shipping methods at this stage. Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days.

Returns questions
Can I return my purchase?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@woven-green.com and send your item to: 123b Atholl Road, Elton Hill, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa.
