Rugs

Our Contemporary Rug Collection hails from India and has an earthen feel.  The rugs are handwoven by artisans in the state of Haryana and this speciality craft is the livelihood for the people of these villages.

This flat woven light rug is called Durrie.  They are made from natural cotton and wool yarn, both men and women work together to make these rugs and the composition is 80% wool, 20% cotton.
