What is the Return Policy?
Exchanges and refunds are accepted on all Woven Green purchases. All items must be returned within 30 days from receipt. All items must be returned in the same order they were received. We will check all goods thoroughly before exchanging or refunding the item. If a refund is requested, this can take up to 7-10 working days to reflect on your bank card statement. The shipping cost incurred for returning the item/s for an exchange or refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Woven Green. For more detail, view our Refund and Return Policy.
How does the Shipping Work?
Delivery within South Africa
Most domestic deliveries take between 3-5 working days. In some instances longer depending on stock availability, however should this be the case we will be in touch to inform you of the delivery dispatch date.
International Delivery
Please contact us before making a purchase. We will communicate and determine the shipping and international taxes to ensure you are comfortable before making the purchase.
What do I do if I don’t receive my Order?
Should you not receive your order within 3 – 5 working days, please contact us immediately at info@woven-green.com
What do I do if I received a Defective Order?
We will replace/refund items that are defective in line with our Refund and Return Policy. For more detail, view our Refund and Return Policy.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Send a mail to info@woven-green.com and we will gladly assist you to update your order.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Should you require assistance or are not sure, we will gladly assist, just send a mail to info@woven-green.com. Should your size not fit once received we will exchange your item for another size.
What can I expect from hand woven products?
As some of our products are one-off, handwoven and unique, there may be slight imperfections. This we believe adds to the character and charm of every beautiful piece. They may also vary slightly in size and shape. The size variations are so marginal but may be a few cm's out from the size specified on the specification/sizing guide within the product description. Each item that is handwoven, like everything else, may mean they are not perfect, but then nothing in life should be.
