DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Most domestic deliveries take around 3-5 working days.  In some instances longer depending on stock availability, however should this be the case we will be in touch to inform you of the delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY- PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING FROM OUR SITE. We do not typically deliver abroad so we do this on a case by case basis depending if the customer is happy to pay the shipping costs which can often be very costly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Exchanges and refunds are accepted on all Woven Green purchases.  All items must be returned within 7 days from receipt.  All items must be returned in the same order they were received.  We will check all goods thoroughly before exchanging or refunding the item.  If a refund is requested, this will take at least 10 working days to reflect on your bank card statement.

LINEN CLOTHING

Exchanges and refunds are accepted on all clothing within 7-days from the date of order.  The shipping cost incurred for returning the item/s for an exchange or refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Woven Green. The garment must be returned with all packaging and unworn or washed.  You will only receive your refund once we have checked the garment thoroughly and are satisfied with its state.

Our garments have been photographed true to colour with no edits to effect the shades of the garments, however colour variances do occur from screen to screen so please bare this in mind.

The various rug types have different care instructions.  Refer to the description section of each rug. 

SHEEPSKINS

White sheepskins can be machine washed on a cold, quick cycle. 

CUSHIONS

Dry Clean Only

 

WOVEN GREEN RUGS, CUSHIONS & BASKETS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (we are pretty sure you won't be) you may send it back for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.  The item must be returned unused in the same state received.  Should you miss the 7 day cut-off we will unfortunately not be able to give you a refund.  The shipping cost incurred for returning the item/s for an exchange or refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Woven Green. 

LOUIS & GOAT

Exchanges and refunds are accepted on all Louis & Goat shoes within 7-days from the date of receiving the shoes.  The shipping cost incurred for returning the item/s for an exchange or refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Louis & Goat or Woven Green. Delivery on Louis & Goat shoes is FREE

BLANKETS FROM AFRICA & SOMETHING GOOD ART BLANKETS

Both these products are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer, no delivery fee is added to your order for these products.  Refunds or returns must be dealt with directly through the supplier.

IMPERFECTIONS

As some of our products are one-off, handwoven and unique (in particular, baskets and Moroccan rugs) there may be slight imperfections.  This we believe adds to the character and charm of every beautiful piece.  Our baskets also vary slightly in size and shape.  The size variations are so marginal but may be a few cm's out from the size specified on the specification/sizing details of our website.  Each basket is handwoven like everything else, thus meaning they are not perfect, but then nothing in life should be.
